Policy Platform Engineering Manager

Homeprotect is seeking a product-minded Engineering Manager to lead the Policy Administration capability in the UK. You will build and grow a high-performing team, partner with Underwriting, Pricing, Claims, and Customer Operations, and drive the migration from legacy systems to a modern platform.

You'll own the API, platform health and technical roadmap, balancing immediate delivery with long-term sustainability, while delivering reliable, scalable policy services for customers.
