Portfolio Lead

In this role, you will drive delivery across a sub-domain of 4–6 pods (Engineering, Quality, Product) by blending hands-on leadership with AI-augmented methods. You’ll adapt delivery approaches to fit each pod, partner with engineering and product leadership to boost throughput and value delivery, and champion autonomous, accountable teams focused on outcomes. This is a chance to shape delivery at scale in a regulated, tech-driven gaming environment and to advance AI-enabled workflows that reduce toil and speed up delivery.

• Oversee pod delivery health and performance across the sub-domain
• Coach pod leads and resolve conflicts to maintain momentum
• Coordinate priorities and dependencies across pods
• Promote cross-pod collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Apply root-cause analysis and systems thinking to resolve issues
• Champion AI agent adoption (coding assistants, test generation, deployment automation)
• Monitor delivery flow using Kanban/lean, manage WIP, surface ageing items
• Define and track delivery metrics and build leadership dashboards
• Communicate performance to technical and non-technical audiences
• Contribute to Centre of Excellence with best practices and standards
• Support capacity planning, resource optimization, and risk management
• Drive outcome-focused delivery and alignment with OKRs
• Manage cross-pod risks and dependencies with escalation protocols

• 7+ years in delivery/agile roles
• Experience delivering across multiple teams simultaneously in a technology environment
• Expertise in flow-based delivery (Kanban/lean)
• Experience scaling teams/pods
• Strong understanding of AI tooling for software delivery
• Experience in capacity planning and demand forecasting
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex data clearly
• Experience with organizational transformation/change management
• Knowledge of OKR strategy
• Desirable: experience in regulated industries (gaming/fintech)
