A high-growth real estate investment platform is seeking an Analyst to join its growing Portfolio Management team. This is an opportunity for an early-career real estate or finance professional to gain broad exposure across portfolio strategy, investment analysis, asset management, and transaction execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain portfolio and fund-level financial models
- Prepare portfolio reporting, performance analysis, and presentation materials
- Analyze portfolio performance, including actual vs. budget, forecasts, and key operating trends
- Evaluate portfolio composition, financing and capital structure, and potential exit opportunities
- Partner with Asset Management, Acquisitions, and FP&A to support investment decision-making
- Assist with portfolio reviews, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Support acquisition, financing, and other transaction execution
- Identify asset and portfolio-level opportunities to improve financial performance
- Help develop scalable reporting and analytical processes using technology and business intelligence tools
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate, investment banking, private equity, FP&A, or a similar analytical role
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or a related field xhqgsiq
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
- Strong quantitative and analytical abilities
- Ability to read and interpret financial statements
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Real estate experience preferred but not required
- SQL, Python, Tableau, or similar tools are a plus
