Portfolio Manager II

Managing a portfolio of Solar and EV Charging assets, the full-time Portfolio Manager II will ensure optimized performance and compliance by overseeing Field Service Partners, while building strong partnerships to support portfolio growth in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Oversee maintenance and repair activities, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and timely communication with stakeholders Manage the lifecycle of work orders and maintain accurate documentation within the Work Order Management System Perform system and financial analytics to identify performance issues and recommend resolutions for underperforming assets Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, renewables, engineering, or a related field 8-12 years of direct experience in solar and/or BESS site operations and asset management Strong knowledge of safe industrial work practices and commitment to site safety Deep understanding of solar assets, OEM warranties, RMAs, and service agreements Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience working in cross-functional teams
