Post-Acquisition Integration Lead

K’en T’em Limited Partnership is seeking a Business Integration Manager to plan, coordinate, and lead post-acquisition integration in Merritt, BC. This full-time role focuses on aligning people, processes, systems, culture, and operations to realize synergies with minimal disruption.

Reporting to the Operations Manager or delegate, the role oversees multiple workstreams and drives integration milestones, while ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance and effective stakeholder engagement.
