Post-Silicon Debug Engineer for AI Accelerators

Tenstorrent is seeking a hands-on Post-Silicon Debug Engineer to diagnose and resolve hardware and firmware issues across our AI accelerator platforms. You will operate in a lab environment, building scalable debug tools and working with cross-functional teams to improve reliability. You will collaborate with ASIC, firmware, and software engineers, lead silicon, board, and system-level debug efforts, and contribute to the transition from prototype to production in a hybrid Toronto-based role.
