Power Apps Developer

In this role you will develop data analytics solutions leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI to support energy programmes on major construction projects. You will work closely with directors and project managers to translate requirements into scalable data and application solutions, while ensuring data quality and governance. You will deliver actionable analytics, self-service reporting, and automated processes to help drive measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. • Collaborate with directors and project managers to define scope, requirements, success criteria, and delivery plans
• Translate business and technical needs into data, integration, and solution specifications
• Design and implement scalable ETL pipelines and data models; manage data quality and lineage
• Build and operationalise predictive analytics and automated processes; ensure monitoring and maintainability
• Develop reports and self-service insights using Power BI (data modeling, DAX, optimisation)
• Rapidly prototype and deliver business apps/flows with PowerApps and Power Automate
• Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences; prepare presentations
• Support PMs and leadership by removing blockers, estimating effort, and tracking delivery
• Engage with clients and internal stakeholders; provide consultancy input and recommendations
• Contribute to wider business activities and maintain a flexible, collaborative team culture

• Experience applying Data Analytics in a relevant sector (construction/infrastructure preferred)
• Deep experience with PowerApps and Power Automate
• Excellent Power BI skills
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management abilities
• Good business acumen with ability to map analytics to measurable outcomes
• Knowledge of ETL, data warehousing, and data governance; Python/SQL familiarity beneficial but not required
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and AI/ML platforms
• Current security clearance or ability to obtain
• Ideally holds HNC/HND or a Degree in Data, Engineering, IT or similar (preferred)
