Overview
As a Power BI and Power Apps Developer, you design, build, and maintain scalable data and app solutions that turn raw data into actionable insights. You will lead end-to-end Power Apps and complex Power BI dashboards, ensuring high performance and adherence to data security standards. You’ll integrate diverse data sources and act as the technical lead for data architecture and app logic within the Power Platform. This role supports the public sector mission, with remote work and occasional client-site travel, and requires security clearance.

- Design and deploy end-to-end Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and complex Power BI dashboards
- Build robust data models and DAX measures to support BI requirements
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with data sources (SQL, Dataverse, SharePoint, APIs) and Microsoft 365 services
- Ensure solutions meet performance, security, usability, and maintainability standards
- Provide expert guidance on data architecture and app logic within the Power Platform
- Power BI: advanced knowledge of Power Query, DAX, and data visualisations
- Power Apps: deep experience in app logic, formulas, and UI/UX design
- Data Architecture: data modelling, ETL, relational databases
- Optimization: troubleshoot and tune performance of reports/apps
- Integration: strong understanding of Power Automate for triggering logic and service connections
- Security clearance ready or willing to obtain clearance
- Experience with Power Platform certifications (PL-900/PL-200/PL-400/PL-600) are considered advantageous
