Power BI Analyst

• Support management information activities, including reporting, performance monitoring, and data analysis for major and complex projects
• Collect, transform, and analyze data from various systems
• Produce management reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards
• Conduct advanced data analysis using Excel and specialized business intelligence tools
• Track and analyze project costs, schedules, and performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and propose tailored solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and systems
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management practices and reporting processes

Requirements

• Relevant university degree in business intelligence, data analytics, administration, project management, computer science, or a related field
• Engineering degree required
• 10 years of experience in a data analyst, BI analyst, or project management analyst role
• Strong experience creating reports, analyzing data, and producing decision-support dashboards
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, report creation, visualizations, and data utilization
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of cost control and budget tracking principles
• Experience working in major and complex project management environments
• Ability to analyze complex data, synthesize information, and present clear recommendations to stakeholders
• Self-motivation, thoroughness, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills
