This Manager, Data & Analytics role provides analytical expertise across enterprise reporting solutions. You will design data models, semantic models, visualizations, and transformation processes. The position also supports data quality, reporting strategy, and self-service analytics adoption. Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop enterprise Power BI reporting solutions Translate business requirements into actionable data visualizations Optimize query performance and refresh efficiency Monitor production analytics and coordinate issue resolution Deliver training for reporting and self-service tools Requirements:
Five to seven years of relevant experience Post-secondary degree in a related field Advanced insights design and reporting proficiency Intermediate Power BI dashboard design proficiency Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills Apply Power BI, data modelling, visualization, and stakeholder advisory expertise to strengthen BMO’s enterprise analytics capabilities.
