Power BI Developer (Bristol)

In this role you will develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to support OEM customer systems within Quest Global’s gas turbine project landscape. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate data needs into effective data models and visual analyses, enabling data-driven decisions. The role is a 12-month Outside IR35 contract in Bristol with hybrid work options and security checks due to MOD requirements. You will stay current with Power BI capabilities to ensure usable, high-performance dashboards that meet security controls.

• Develop, design, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data needs into technical requirements
• Create data models and connect to multiple data sources
• Optimize dashboards for usability and performance
• Implement data security and access controls in Power BI
• Troubleshoot issues related to Power BI reports and data sources
• Stay updated with latest Power BI features and best practices

• Proven Power BI Developer experience or similar role
• Strong Power BI proficiency including DAX and Power Query
• Experience with SQL and data modelling
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
