What you'll be doing:

• Designing and developing interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
• Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
• Working with project controls, finance, and delivery teams to gather reporting requirements
• Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting outputs
• Supporting continuous improvement of reporting processes and visualisation standards

What we're looking for:

• Strong experience with Power BI (DAX, data modelling, visualisation)
• Background in reporting, data analysis, or BI development
• Experience working with large or complex datasets across projects or business functions
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
