Power BI / Visualization Analyst, Wakefield

As a BI Analyst, you translate data into actionable insights to support internal analytics, sales, and client engagement at HH Global. You will shape dashboards and reports for a global stakeholder group, driving decisions and financial outcomes. You contribute to growth initiatives by delivering high-impact analytics and data-driven recommendations. You will collaborate across teams to align requirements, ensure data quality, and deliver measurable value. This role offers global scope with hybrid work from Wakefield and a focus on client-facing analytics.

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and visualizations aligned with strategic objectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate assumptions, shape requirements, and provide data-driven recommendations
• Document processes and ensure compliance with established standards
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive workflow innovation
• Lead scoping, design, execution, validation, and timely delivery of new initiatives
• Own critical datasets with global accountability for accuracy and governance
• Address data process challenges and respond to business intelligence queries
• Share expertise with colleagues to enhance team understanding
• Maintain advanced proficiency with Microsoft Fabric and related visualization tools, adapting to new technologies as needed
• Mentor analysts, collaborate with management, and oversee cross-department projects

• Advanced MS Fabric / Power BI and Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling)
• Ability to tackle complex challenges and deliver actionable insights
• Strong analytics, data interpretation, and reporting capabilities
• Experience in client engagement, procurement, or commercial analytics (preferred)
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing conversations
• Accurate documentation and adherence to processes
• Experience leading client reporting solutions
• Proactive in improving existing projects and meeting deadlines
