Power Platform Consultant

As a Senior Power Platform Consultant, you lead the design, architecture and delivery of AI-enabled solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI for enterprise clients. You’ll own client relationships through the delivery lifecycle and guide governance, security and scalability. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate complex needs into production-ready platforms and contribute to AI-enabled workflows and Copilot Studio initiatives. This remote-first role includes London travel as required and offers the chance to shape delivery frameworks and accelerators within a Microsoft AI ecosystem.

• Lead design and architecture across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dataverse with enterprise governance in mind
• Manage client relationships from discovery through deployment and adoption
• Architect automated workflows integrating Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 and third-party systems
• Translate complex requirements into clear technical strategies and best practices for the Power Platform
• Lead development and extension of Copilot Studio agents and AI-powered workflows
• Oversee testing, QA and performance optimisation and set delivery standards
• Mentor Power Platform Developers ensuring consistent delivery quality
• Lead client adoption activities including workshops, training and handover
• Contribute to internal delivery frameworks, accelerators and reusable components
• Support pre-sales with solution scoping and technical input into proposals
• Stay updated with Microsoft platform updates and best practices in Power Platform and Copilot ecosystem

• Extensive hands-on and architectural experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate and Power BI
• Strong command of Dataverse, data modelling, governance and security at enterprise level
• Experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Azure and external systems via REST APIs and custom connectors
• Experience with Copilot Studio or AI Builder is a strong advantage
• Solid ALM practices including solution management, environment strategy and deployment pipelines
• Financial services experience is beneficial
• Comfortable leading client-facing engagements and managing senior stakeholders across multiple projects
• Willingness to travel to London as required and operate in a remote-first pattern
