Overview

In this role you will design and implement Microsoft Power Platform solutions to improve operational efficiency across professional services and student-facing teams. You will co-design with business stakeholders, translate requirements into scalable automations, and build workflows primarily with Power Automate that connect Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics, and other systems. As a subject matter expert, you will guide best practices, support testing, and produce reusable Playbooks and blueprints to strengthen delivery. This role supports the University's strategic aims by delivering value-driven automation and enhancing user experience.

Responsibilities
  • Understand business processes with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities
  • Translate requirements into functional/technical designs
  • Design and implement automation using Power Platform (Power Automate)
  • Build scalable workflows integrating Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics and APIs
  • Support testing to ensure quality and functional alignment
  • Provide Power Platform expertise and best-practice guidance
  • Create reusable documentation and components (playbooks, blueprints)
  • Perform other duties within the scope of the post as requested by line manager
