Power Platform & Copilot Studio Engineer

Hastings Direct is seeking a Platform Support & Service Operations specialist to oversee Messenger, Power Platform and Copilot Studio services. You will investigate incidents, drive improvements, and support governance across development, test and production environments.

You’ll coordinate releases, contribute to post-release validation, and provide technical guidance for configuration, diagnostics and deployment. Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving are essential.
