Power Platform Developer

In this role you design, build and support end-to-end Microsoft Power Platform solutions to modernize the workplace. You collaborate with customers to deliver Canvas Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power Virtual Agents, while integrating with Microsoft 365 tools. You own the full software development lifecycle in multi-environment, Azure DevOps-driven setups. You work within a people-first culture to innovate across the Microsoft stack and deliver high-quality digital workplace experiences. This is a hands-on role with a clear impact on how teams work and collaborate.

• Advise customers on Power Platform usage to solve business problems
• Design and develop Power Platform solutions (Canvas apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI components)
• Integrate with Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams) for seamless workplace experiences
• Manage full software development lifecycle for Power Platform solutions
• Configure/deploy across multiple environments with ALM pipelines and DevOps on Azure
• Build and maintain custom connectors and REST API integrations with secure auth

• Proven hands-on experience developing Power Platform solutions (Canvas Apps, Power Automate)
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams) and their integration with Power Platform
• Experience with ALM and DevOps on Azure (multi-environment deployments, pipelines)
• Solid technical foundation in C# and/or JavaScript, REST APIs, authentication/authorization, relational databases
• Experience implementing custom connectors for Power Platform
