Power Platform Developer

The Power Platform Developer will be part of an enterprise Low-Code automation team focused primarily on Microsoft Power Platform. This role supports the design, development, and scaling of low-code solutions as platform adoption expands across the organization. The position contributes to productivity improvement initiatives, platform transformation, and modernization of tools and processes within a financial services environment. The ideal candidate brings strong Power Platform development skills, cloud architecture knowledge, and experience working within Agile and DevOps frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and enhance enterprise-scale solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
• Build low-code applications and automation solutions to improve productivity and business processes
• Develop reusable components and self-service tools for internal users
• Design and integrate cloud-based architectures and refactor applications for public cloud environments
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and test-driven development practices for Power Platform solutions
• Apply Agile and DevOps concepts for Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
• Create and maintain technical architecture and solution documentation
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of Power Platform solutions
• Support large-scale deployments, release strategies, and platform adoption initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, security, and business stakeholders

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Low-Code platforms, primarily Microsoft Power Platform
• Hands-on development experience with:
• Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
• Power Automate
• Power Pages
• AI Builder
• Power BI integration
• Experience designing cloud architectures and integrating applications with public cloud services
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test-driven development frameworks
• Experience working with Agile and DevOps methodologies for Power Platform ALM
• Experience designing scalable solutions in an enterprise environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience creating technical and architecture documentation

Preferred Skills:

• Dynamics 365 or Power Platform training and/or certification
• Experience with Power Platform security model and access provisioning
• Dataverse management and schema design experience
• Experience working with REST APIs using custom or HTTP connectors with OAuth
• Experience with Copilot Studio
• Experience implementing custom security roles following least-privilege principles
• Understanding of security, legal, and regulatory/compliance requirements for cloud platforms
• Prior experience in financial services environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to think strategically while executing detailed technical solutions
