Power Platform Service Lead (Live Ops)

Environment Agency seeks a Digital Service Specialist to lead SEA Change, a Power Platform-based live service supporting the organisation's P3M capability. You will design operational processes, produce user guidance and ensure a user-centered live service across directorates.

Working with a Product Manager and developers, you will embed service management practices, drive stakeholder engagement and support continuous improvement while enabling effective governance and reporting.
