Power Platform Solution Architect

Architect Microsoft Power Platform solutions in Toronto or Ottawa, using hands-on development expertise across apps, automation, and integrations.

Gowling WLG seeks an experienced Power Platform Solution Architect supporting Intellectual Property business processes. You will design, build, deploy, and enhance canvas and model-driven apps, Power Automate workflows, Copilot agents, and API integrations. The work also includes platform administration guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and deploy IP technology solutions
• Build canvas and model-driven applications
• Develop Power Automate cloud and desktop flows
• Create Copilot agents for multiple channels
• Integrate systems using Microsoft Graph and custom connectors

Requirements:

• Four to six-plus years developing Microsoft technologies
• At least three-plus years using Microsoft Power Platform
• Experience with SQL Server and application architectures
• Hands-on Microsoft Graph API integration experience
• Knowledge of Power Platform ALM practices
