Power Platform Solution Manager

Lead Power Platform architecture and delivery for WSIB, with in-office work required up to five days weekly beginning in 2027. Guide enterprise solutions.

The SharePoint and Power Platform Solution Manager leads design, delivery, governance, and supporting teams. You will connect business requirements with technical architecture across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI. The role also covers Copilot Studio, integrations, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Canvas and Model-Driven app solution design
• Oversee Dataverse models, workflows, custom APIs, and integrations
• Review architecture, security roles, and performance
• Translate requirements into actionable technical roadmaps
• Manage lifecycles, forecasts, risks, milestones, and governance

Requirements:

• Five to seven-plus years designing Microsoft business applications
• Deep knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate
• Deep knowledge of Dataverse and environment administration
• Understanding of REST APIs, security, ALM, and CI/CD
• Power Platform Solution Architect Expert certification or equivalent preferred
