Overview

In this role you will lead the design, development and delivery of Power Platform solutions within a major programme in a secure environment. You will operate as the technical lead for Power Apps, Dataverse and Copilot Studio, shaping scalable data models and architectures. You will translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes and engage senior stakeholders to drive delivery. This contract role emphasises hands-on leadership, governance, and mentoring to ensure successful project outcomes. The opportunity offers high-impact work in a regulated setting and exposure to cutting-edge Power Platform capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development and delivery of Power Platform solutions
  • Act as the technical lead across Power Apps, Dataverse and Copilot Studio
  • Design scalable data models and application architectures
  • Lead workshops and requirements discussions with senior stakeholders
  • Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Provide technical leadership, governance and best practice guidance
  • Mentor developers and support successful project delivery
Key requirements
  • Strong Power Apps development experience, particularly Canvas Apps
  • Strong understanding of Dataverse and data modelling
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
  • Experience developing custom functionality using HTML, JavaScript and related web technologies
  • Proven experience leading technical design and solution delivery
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business language
  • Strong stakeholder management and senior engagement experience
  • Experience leading workshops and influencing solution direction
  • Previous experience in a Technical Lead, Lead Developer, Solution Architect or similar role
  • Active SC Clearance
