Overview
In this permanent role in Basingstoke, you will design and deliver BI solutions to support business needs. You will partner with IT and Finance to implement PowerBI and Microsoft Fabric-based data solutions, driving data-driven decision making. You will lead BI architecture decisions and work with vendors to integrate external data. This role offers meaningful impact by enabling cross-functional reporting and ensuring compliant, ethical data handling.

- Provide data and BI architecture leadership and expert consulting support.
- Collaborate with business units to document BI reporting needs.
- Design, develop, test, deploy and support BI solutions using Microsoft Fabric and PowerBI.
- Coordinate with IT vendors to integrate external datasets into the Fabric environment.
- Demonstrate a strong awareness of and commitment to Ethics and Compliance.
- At least 5 years hands-on experience in PowerBI development.
- Expert level understanding of Microsoft Fabric or similar data warehouse technologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
