Practice Architect - Delivery Architecture

As a Practice Architect in the COE, you lead the practical delivery of cybersecurity solutions, ensuring methodologies and architectures are executable in real customer environments. You bridge design and execution by validating deployments, identifying friction, and driving improvements for scalable, high-quality outcomes. You work across Professional Services, Scale & Optimize, and COE to make delivery patterns practical, repeatable, and fast. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architecture with field execution, while guiding pilots and continuous improvement. This role offers impact at scale within a global, mission-driven security organization.

• Participate directly in customer deployments to validate COE delivery methodologies, frameworks, and tools in real-world environments
• Provide hands-on support for complex or high-risk engagements as a technical escalation point
• Define and refine delivery architecture patterns for consistent execution across products, theaters, and delivery models
• Establish best practices for deployment sequencing, dependencies, and integration points across Cortex, Cloud, and Network Security platforms
• Validate end-to-end lifecycle execution from deployment through optimization and expansion
• Identify deployment stall points and drive improvements to remove friction
• Ensure clean, repeatable handoffs between Professional Services and Scale & Optimize teams
• Share execution insights and best practices across theaters
• Contribute to enablement content and mentor teams on delivery practices
• Own delivery architecture patterns, field validation, and risk/gap identification
• Influence global methodology improvements and platform enablement priorities

• Strong experience in cybersecurity platforms (Cortex, Cloud, Network Security) and enterprise-scale deployments
• Proven track record delivering complex, large-scale implementations in customer environments
• Deep understanding of how solutions are deployed, integrated, and operationalized in real-world scenarios
• Ability to identify execution gaps and drive practical, scalable solutions
• Strong communication skills with technical teams and leadership
