Practice Lead: AI, Copilot & Power Platform Delivery

Adapt 365 is seeking a Practice Lead to head up a newly created delivery engine focused on Copilot, AI and Power Platform solutions for a major enterprise client. The role is based in Bath and offers high-level visibility with a direct impact on how delivery operates and scales.

You will own end-to-end delivery, manage revenue and utilisation, and sit on the client steering committee as a trusted advisor. A hands-on leader ready to shape a growing practice is ideal.
