Practice Lead: AI, Copilot & Power Platform Delivery

Adapt 365 in the United Kingdom is seeking a Practice Lead to head up a new delivery engine for Copilot, AI and Power Platform-based solutions. You’ll shape how delivery runs on a major enterprise engagement and own senior stakeholder relationships from day one.

You’ll lead a team of AI consultants and architects, drive revenue and utilisation, and govern adoption and change across the client. This is a high-visibility role with real scope to influence delivery strategy as the practice scales.
