Pre-Seed Venture Partner

BDC, via the Thrive Venture Fund, seeks a senior partner to lead the pre-seed investment practice in Canada. You will develop the strategy, identify opportunities, and manage portfolio companies while representing the Fund in external engagements.

The role requires extensive experience in venture investing, strong financial judgment, and the ability to mentor entrepreneurs, investors, and internal teams in a collaborative environment.
