Premium Accounting Service & Resolution Manager

We're looking for an experienced Premium Accounting Manager to lead a global service and resolution function, driving operational performance, technical excellence and continuous improvement. You will be an insurance accounting specialist with strong technical knowledge of insurance broking and delegated authority accounting.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Lead premium accounting operations across cash applications, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Oversee complex accounting queries, escalations and sensitive customer issues.
• Manage and develop large teams, including offshore and managed service provider resources.
• Drive process standardisation, automation, controls and operational efficiency.
• Monitor service delivery, KPIs, management reporting and compliance.
• Partner with brokers, trading partners and business stakeholders to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications and Experience

• Accounting, Finance or related degree; CPA, CA or MBA advantageous.
• 7-10 years' experience in accounting operations, including 3+ years in a management role.
• Strong technical understanding of insurance brokerage and delegated authority accounting practices.
• Experience managing large teams, shared services and global delivery models.
• Knowledge of accounting and policy administration systems.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving and process improvement skills.
