Premium Motorcycle Dealer Network Lead

Norton Motorcycles is seeking an experienced Dealer Network Development Manager to expand our premium retail network across the UK and internationally. This field-based role covers end-to-end dealership development from partner identification to launch and post-opening performance.

You will source and recruit top dealer partners, lead commercial negotiations, coordinate showroom launches, and embed Norton standards with dealer principals and teams while driving sustainable growth.
