Overview

In this role you design competitive, deliverable managed service solutions for complex opportunities in UK&I, aligning customer needs with operational models. You work within cross-functional bid teams to translate requirements into service, transition and governance models that deliver measurable outcomes. You act as the bridge between customers, technical teams, and commercial functions to ensure sustainable solutions. This is a chance to shape managed services and digital transformation for major UK&I organizations, leveraging cloud, security, and digital workplace capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Design end-to-end managed service solutions and future-state operating models
  • Define service management, support, governance, transition, and transformation approaches
  • Lead customer discovery sessions and service design workshops
  • Develop bid content, service narratives, proposals, and executive presentations
  • Create resource models, operational assumptions, service cost models, and risk assessments
  • Collaborate with technical, delivery, commercial, finance, legal, and security teams
  • Ensure solutions meet customer, contractual, security, regulatory, and governance requirements
  • Support operational readiness, service mobilisation, assurance, and continual improvement
Key requirements
  • Service Architecture & Managed Services: experience designing complex end-to-end managed service and outsourcing solutions
  • ITIL & Operating Model Expertise: knowledge of ITIL principles, service operating models, governance and SLAs
  • Transition & Transformation: experience defining transition, mobilisation, onboarding, knowledge transfer
  • Commercial & Bid Experience: bid support including costings, resource modelling, risk assessment, proposals
  • Senior Stakeholder Engagement: strong communication, facilitation, and workshop leadership skills
