Pricing Analyst - Fastfrate Group (Toronto)

Role Summary:

This role keeps a pulse on market trends, responds quickly to quoting needs, maintains rate programs, and collaborates closely with leadership to ensure accurate, timely, and high‑value pricing solutions. A blend of analysis, communication, and urgency is essential to support strong carrier relationships and deliver winning proposals.

• Createcustomerproposals
• MaintainprofessionalcommunicationwithDirectorthroughouttheRFQprocesson cost strategiesandensurebestpricingispresentedineachproposal
• Researchandtrackcompetitorpricingandmarkettrends
• Maintainandimproveexistingpricingprocessesandcosts
• Respondquicklytospotquotes
• UploadingratesandmaintenanceofrateprogramsinTMSsoftware
• Beavailableafterhourstoassistwithresolvingpricingissues
• Growandmaintainexistingandnewcarrierorcustomerrelationships
• Preformworkwithasenseofurgencyandattentiontodetail

Education & Experience:

• Minimum2yearslogisticsexperienceinthetransportationindustry
• Experienceincross-bordershipping,full-truckloadaswellasless-than-truckload
