Primary Care Physician

• Telemedicine primary care physician for adult patients with an emphasis on continuity and empanelment.

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine with at least 2 years post-residency practice preferred.
• Licensed in one of the listed states with valid DEA registration and ability to obtain additional licenses.
• Comfortable using a proprietary EHR and adaptable to fast-paced improvements.

Compensation:

• Fee-for-service model with fully empaneled PCPs averaging $100–$200 per hour.
• Compensation of $50 per encounter plus a robust incentive program for top performers.
