Build scalable AI data pipelines with Python, PySpark, and Databricks as a Principal Engineer supporting Citi’s Enterprise Risk Technology platform. This intermediate-level Principal Engineer works within Retail and Wealth Risk Engineering. You will design enterprise-grade data solutions, deploy AI agents, and support analytics platforms using FastAPI, Kafka, and microservices. The work includes data federation, cloud-native infrastructure, and human-in-the-loop workflows. Key Responsibilities:
Design scalable AI agents and ELT/ETL data pipelines Deploy generative AI agents using Google ADK and LLMs Build data federation layers for Data Mesh architectures Automate microservice integrations with CI/CD pipelines Maintain data quality, integrity, and security Requirements:
Eight or more years in large-scale application development Five or more years leading Python and PySpark engineering Experience with Databricks, FastAPI, YAML, JSON, and LLM integrations Strong SQL and relational database experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Apply Principal Engineer expertise across Python, PySpark, Databricks, AI agents, and enterprise data engineering at Citi.
