Overview

As Director, you will shape EPAM’s AI and HPC data centre strategy in a senior leadership capacity. You’ll guide engagements to optimise full-stack compute infrastructure, spanning accelerators, networking, schedulers, containers, and AI platforms. You address cost, scalability, and power limits through software, platform tuning, and systems integration rather than hardware buys. Your work enables clients to achieve high performance and efficiency at scale while aligning with the company’s mission to advance AI-driven, efficient compute solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Define and drive the AI & HPC data centre strategy.
  • Lead engagements to optimise full-stack compute infrastructure.
  • Address cost, scalability, and power constraints via software engineering and platform optimisation.
  • Coordinate system-wide integration across accelerators, networking, schedulers, containers, and AI platforms.
  • Help clients achieve performance and efficiency at scale.
