Lead AI platform engineering as a Principal Forward Deployed Engineer, applying Go, Python, TypeScript, and Kubernetes expertise across enterprise accounts.

As a Principal engineer in the Infrastructure Software Division, you will serve as a technical authority and enterprise developer advocate. You will connect customer developers, platform engineers, product managers, and executive architects. Your work spans Developer Experience, API architecture, LLM platforms, and cloud-native infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect production environments for LLM inference and RAG pipelines
  • Design REST, gRPC, GraphQL APIs and enterprise SDKs
  • Build Kubernetes operators, controllers, and custom resource definitions
  • Develop production Go, Python, and TypeScript platform tooling
  • Translate field friction into product roadmap requirements

Requirements:

  • 17+ years of professional technical software experience
  • 10+ years of software engineering experience
  • 5+ years in DevEx, API, or AI platforms
  • Advanced Go, Python, and TypeScript or Node.js proficiency
  • Deep Kubernetes, GitOps, and API design expertise
