Principal Architect, Digital Delivery & Asset Integration

In this role you will shape digital information governance and asset integration across Vantage’s EMEA data-center portfolio. You’ll own regional frameworks, standards, and governance to enable structured digital delivery, DfMA, and lifecycle data continuity. You’ll lead cross-functional workstreams with Design, Delivery, Procurement, and Operations to ensure scalable, standards-aligned outcomes. You’ll work with BIM, digital twin, and data environments to support analytics and AI-enabled insights for operations and asset performance. This is a mission-critical, cross-regional role that blends architectural leadership with digital transformation to drive consistency and value across projects

• Define and govern the regional digital information strategy aligned with global goals
• Establish ISO 19650-compliant information frameworks and CDE governance (ACC/Forma)
• Define portfolio-wide information standards, naming conventions, and digital workflows
• Define the digital delivery assurance framework (data quality, lifecycle governance, design review, QA/QC)
• Oversee BIM/ digital delivery standards (model structure, LOD, QA requirements)
• Manage lifecycle digital asset integration from design to operations and asset refresh
• Define asset information models for COBie, digital twin readiness, and metadata standards
• Define integration strategy between design environments and operational systems (CDE, DCIM, BMS, CMMS, GIS, SCADA, ERP)
• Establish readiness of data environments for ML, analytics, and digital twin use cases
• Lead cross-functional engagement with consultants, contractors, and technology providers
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies for digital engineering and VDC
• Lead architectural scope for early-stage development and align design solutions with product platform standards

• 10+ years in digital information management/BIM/CDE governance or architectural design in data centers or mission-critical environments
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks, ACC/Forma)
• Demonstrated leadership in platform standardisation and cross-functional programmes
• Experience with cross-regional implementations and stakeholder management
• Excellent architectural and engineering judgement, systems integration, and lifecycle thinking
