This role combines hands‑on engineering with strategic architecture leadership, driving the design and development of scalable solutions while mentoring teams and fostering technical excellence. It requires deep technical expertise, a focus on innovation and performance, and the ability to guide solution delivery from concept to production in a collaborative environment.

• Promote learning and curiosity about new and emerging technologies.
• Team Mentoring and technical support
• High level Software Architecture and design
• Building prototypes/PoCs to explore and demonstrate proposed technologies and architectures.
• Solution development of critical and challenging system components
• Technical evaluation of tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Act as a technical escalation point for complex issues
• Solution delivery in collaboration with development teams
