Overview
In this Principal C# Developer role, you will design and build scalable solutions on the Microsoft stack, following SOLID principles. You’ll work with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver features and drive best practices. You’ll spearhead AI adoption initiatives, exploring chatbots and AI-driven process improvements. Reporting to the CTO, you’ll gain visibility and influence across the business within a growing FinTech scale-up.

- Strong C# backend development skills
- Python coding skills (preferred)
- Good knowledge of AWS
- Experience with highly scalable systems
- Strong CS fundamentals (OOP, data structures, design patterns)
- Interest in Artificial Intelligence and emerging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Copilot)
