Principal C/C++ Software Engineer

In this role you will lead software development for mission-critical systems in defence and aerospace. You will produce robust C++ solutions and plugins for the EAK GVA platform, working from customer requirements to Verification & Validation. You’ll operate across safety-critical to concept projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Define, design, develop and verify software across safety-critical to concept levels
• Write robust C++ code and ensure quality through internal coding standards
• Lead design and code reviews to uphold standards
• Debug in embedded environments and perform verification and validation
• Develop verification and validation strategies and execute verification activities

• High proficiency in C++
• High proficiency in Embedded Linux
• Proficiency in Graphical Frameworks (Vulkan, OpenGL, QT)
• CI/CD workflow experience with Git and containerised environments
• Familiarity with debugging tools, hardware interfaces, and safety analysis techniques
• Strong organizational and communication skills
