Overview

As Senior Data Architect in Risk Intelligence, you will shape secure, scalable data architectures that empower risk insights. You’ll guide cloud and on‑prem data solutions, align technical choices with product architecture, and mentor the team to deliver value. You collaborate with enterprise and data engineering teams to enable prescriptive and predictive modeling and improve data quality and delivery. This role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on design to drive innovation in fraud and risk analytics at a global scale. Responsibilities
  • Design secure, scalable data architectures aligned with product goals
  • Lead adoption and integration of AWS/Azure services across teams
  • Collaborate with data engineers to prepare data for prescriptive and predictive modeling
  • Assess and guide data management technologies and future state plans
  • Articulate architectural trade‑offs and recommend optimal solutions
  • Mentor and develop staff to enhance technical capabilities
  • Work with customers and developers to improve client data value
  • Drive innovative technology solutions through thought leadership on trends
  • Share project outcomes to improve future delivery
Key requirements
  • 12+ years of experience with on‑premises and cloud data management, integration, visualization, and analytics technologies
  • Advanced proficiency in end‑to‑end data architecture (ingestion, storage, relational modeling) using SQL and Python
  • Proven design/implementation of modern data architectures (cloud services: AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience with real‑time data distribution (Kafka, Kinesis, DataFlow, Airflow)
  • NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, HBase, CosmosDB) and Snowflake/DataBricks experience
  • Ability to align architectural decisions with customer needs and business goals
  • Familiarity with data governance methodologies (MDM, security, privacy)
  • Strong stakeholder collaboration and mentoring capabilities
