Principal Cloud Software Developer

Lead cloud software development for Autodesk Forma Data Management from Ontario, working remotely with Java, Go, and GraphQL technologies. Build trusted SaaS services for construction customers.

As a Principal Software Developer, you will guide full-cycle development for Forma Data services within Autodesk AEC Construction R&D. You will shape architecture, implement scalable cloud products, and collaborate with global teams and industry stakeholders. The work includes Autodesk integrations with AutoCAD and Revit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical direction throughout the software development lifecycle
• Advance architecture and platform development for Forma Data
• Implement and operate reliable cloud services hands-on
• Solve complex problems across integrated SaaS products
• Mentor developers and promote quality, organization, and automation

Requirements:

• Eight or more years of software development experience
• Proficiency with Java, Go, GraphQL, or web technologies
• Experience designing scalable, secure cloud services using AWS
• Enterprise experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud operations
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
