Principal Consultant-Oracle CPQ Cloud-UK

In this Principal Consultant role, you lead Oracle CPQ Cloud engagements from discovery through delivery, shaping scalable CPQ solutions and architecture. You guide multi-workstream efforts, stakeholder workshops, and solution strategy to align with client goals. You’ll drive design, configuration, integrations, and document generation, delivering value across quote-to-cash processes. • Lead discovery workshops and translate business needs into scalable Oracle CPQ blueprints
• Design product models, configuration flows, pricing, discounts, approvals, and quote document solutions
• Define integration architecture between Oracle CPQ and CRM, ERP, e-commerce, and external platforms
• Lead architecture reviews, non-functional requirements, security, environment strategy, and governance
• Oversee multi-workstream estimation, roadmap definition, and solution assurance
• Configure and extend Oracle CPQ using BML/BMQL, rules, data tables, and process actions
• Develop UI enhancements using JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Build and govern REST/SOAP integrations and orchestrations via middleware
• Design document generation using Doc Designer and support multilingual outputs
• Lead full delivery lifecycle from requirements to go-live and post-production support
• Provide thought leadership and guide technical teams and client workshops
• Proven delivery experience across Oracle CPQ product configuration, commerce, pricing, approvals, guided selling, and document generation
• Hands-on expertise in BML, BMQL, data tables, and performance optimization
• Experience integrating Oracle CPQ with CRM/ERP using REST/SOAP APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud
• Lead client workshops, solution design, estimations, and delivery governance
• Experience with complex global rollouts, localization, multi-currency, and multi-BU implementations
• Strong CI/CD, source control, automated testing, release management, and Agile delivery practices

• 15+ years of relevant experience
• Experience on at least 2–3 Oracle CPQ implementations
• Deep Oracle CPQ architecture knowledge (modeling, configuration, pricing, quoting, document generation, integrations)
• Hands-on BML development, configuration and recommendation rules, and document generation
• REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud, and complex integrations with Oracle Fusion ERP and other apps
• Leadership of client workshops, solution design, estimations, and governance
• Knowledge of CI/CD, automated testing, release management, and Agile delivery
• Experience with complex global rollouts, localization, multi-currency, and multi-BU implementations
• Oracle CPQ Cloud certification (preferred)
• Experience with Subscription Management, ERP Cloud, or other Oracle CX apps (preferred)
