In this Data Analyst role, you’ll support high-quality data delivery to clinical and operational colleagues within a multi-award-winning Data and Analysis team. You will work with large, complex healthcare datasets to develop analytical reporting that informs population health improvements. You’ll embrace new tech and statistical approaches to drive evidence-based decision making across the trust, with visibility in face-to-face workshops and training. This London-based position combines hands-on analysis with stakeholder engagement to shape data-driven improvements.

- Analyse, interpret and present complex data from multiple sources for diverse audiences, in person or virtually
- Lead business intelligence needs for services in East London through robust data analysis and reporting
- Develop and present analytical outputs using Power BI, Excel or similar tools
- Provide high-quality data provision and reporting to clinical and operational colleagues
- Engage with stakeholders through workshops, masterclasses and away days to promote data usage and evidence-based decisions
- Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- Extremely numerate with ability to analyse and interpret data accurately in diverse settings
- Experience using SQL to manipulate data
- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex information to varied staff groups
- Desirable: experience with NHS datasets and NHS data dictionary definitions
