Overview
As Principal Data Engineer, you will lead the design and delivery of modern data solutions that enhance public services for Lancashire residents. You will steer a data and integration team within our Digital Services transformation, driving scalable platforms and cloud-native architecture. You’ll own end-to-end data engineering initiatives and champion governance and best practices. This is a leadership role focused on delivering measurable impact through data. You will work with cross-functional teams to shape the future of local government data capability.
