Principal DevOps Engineer

Overview
In this role you will build and optimize the end-to-end software release lifecycle for CyberArk's Secure Workload Access solutions. You’ll architect a resilient, high-velocity delivery ecosystem across SDKs, Terraform providers, installable software, and cloud services to ensure seamless, scalable deployments with strong security. You will maintain and automate the underlying test infrastructure and tooling to enable efficient validation. You’ll collaborate with product and development teams to improve developer experience, pipelines, and observability while reducing bottlenecks. Responsibilities- Design, build and maintain pipelines for testing and shipping software across multiple environments and versions
- Maintain test infrastructure with devops tooling and multi-version test environments
- Collaborate with development teams to improve developer experience and debuggable pipelines
- Monitor pipelines, triage issues, and escalate as needed to developers
- Provide product feedback to improve testability and usability
- Analyze pipeline bottlenecks and flaky steps to optimize speed without compromising security
- Extensive experience with DevOps tooling and automation (Terraform, Jenkins, AWS, gitops)
- Some programming/scripting experience
- Motivation to provide a great developer experience
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in teams
- Sharp debugging skills in complex environments
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog and building dashboards
- Knowledge of supply chain security practices like vulnerability scanning and code signing (preferred)
