Principal Engineer

As Principal Engineer, you will lead technical teams and shape cutting-edge Java solutions that address real-world client needs. You’ll work within Solirius Reply’s Software Engineering Practice, collaborating closely with clients to understand goals and translate them into effective architectures. You will drive innovation, standards, and impact across projects while mentoring others. This role offers visibility across client-facing engagements and opportunities to influence technical direction at scale. • Oversee the full lifecycle from requirements to design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Engage with management and stakeholders to clarify client requirements and align team objectives
• Contribute to a variety of projects and challenges as a Solirius consultant
• Champion engineering best practices across teams and projects
• Identify and propose technical solution ideas
• Provide feedback on project progress and outcomes to teams
• Advise developers on technical decisions
