This Principal Software Engineer guides Marketing Technology architecture and technical direction. You will translate marketing priorities into durable solutions while building production-ready autonomous agents, RAG pipelines, and modern web systems. The work spans cloud infrastructure, integrations, reliability, security, and international performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own global platform architecture, scalability, and Core Web Vitals
  • Design autonomous agents and multi-agent marketing workflows
  • Translate roadmaps into milestones and maintainable codebases
  • Architect analytics, CRM, and marketing platform integrations
  • Mentor engineers through standards, reviews, and technical guidance

Requirements:

  • At least eight years of software engineering experience
  • Two or more years as Tech Lead, Staff, or Principal Engineer
  • Production experience with autonomous agents and LLM workflows
  • Expertise in TypeScript, React or Next.js, Node.js, or Python
  • Knowledge of RAG, tool calling, and multi-agent orchestration
