Overview
In this role you will drive the Engineering Bill of Materials for the River Class Destroyer Programme, ensuring accurate BoM data within PLM, PDM and ERP systems. You will collaborate with supply chain customers to deliver high-quality engineering outputs that enable efficient procurement and programme execution. You will manage BoM structures, conduct detailed analyses, and support complex naval engineering challenges. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that shapes data governance and delivery across a critical defence programme.

- Coordinate cross-functional BoM reviews to develop, validate and maintain the Engineering BoM for the River Class Destroyer Programme
- Produce BoM documents for delivery to customer supply chain stakeholders
- Conduct detailed BoM analysis and investigations with recommendations to resolve complex issues
- Create, maintain and govern planning BoM structures within the PLM environment
- Proven experience in BoM integration, product data management and governance within a complex engineering environment
- Knowledge of PLM, PDM and ERP toolsets (Windchill, Aveva ERM, SAP)
- Familiarity with Engineering Product Change processes and policies
- Ideally degree-qualified (or equivalent) and professionally registered as a Chartered Engineer (or equivalent)
