Principal Engineer, CEP Platform: Dynamics & Power Platform

Skipton Building Society is seeking a Principal Engineer for the Customer Engagement Platform (CEP). You will set engineering tenets, patterns and paved roads for Dynamics 365, Power Platform and workflow automation, enabling fast, safe, frequent changes with high reliability and a human-centric member experience.

You’ll lead engineers across CEP squads, drive platform modernisation, and embed governance including policy-as-code, observability, data readiness and secure-by-design guardrails
