Overview

In this role you will lead the development of a greenfield buy/sell-side trading platform. You will design platform logic and execution algorithms to scale for much higher volumes, within a small, autonomous team. The position offers hybrid working and a high-impact opportunity to disrupt traditional trading infrastructure. You’ll join an ambitious FinTech building a groundbreaking global network for brokers and institutions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of platform logic and execution algorithms for the trading system
  • Architect and build a greenfield trading platform from scratch
  • Scale the platform to support significantly higher transaction volume
  • Collaborate in a small team to maximize impact and rapid decision-making
Key requirements
  • Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or C#
  • Experience building products from scratch
  • SQL / NoSQL experience
  • Git/Github version control
  • Independent worker
